Unfortunately I will not be able to see you if you are self isolating due to contact with a confirmed coronavirus case, or have any of the following symptoms: temperature, persistent dry cough, or loss of smell or taste.
Both you and I will wear a mask. Please bring your own mask. This can be a cloth mask, scarf, or a surgical mask - whatever you prefer.
Please be wearing your mask when you enter the building.
We are trying to reduce the number of people in the reception area. If you are early you may choose to wait in your car.
At your appointment time please enter the clinic and I will meet you at reception.
Please attend your appointment alone or notify the clinic if you need a chaperone.
You can wash your hands in my treatment room when you arrive and before you leave. I will open and close the treatment room door for you.
I will take payments in the room. There is a link in your appointment email to pay online. I prefer card payments, but cash is fine.
We need to reduce the number of items in the treatment room. Please only bring essential items like car keys, mask and payment into the clinic and the treatment room. You may bring shorts to change into or a towel if you would like to be covered during the treatment.
You will receive a form by email before your first appointment. Please fill this in and email it to me on the morning of your appointment. I can't see you without this form being in place.
I will be wearing a mask. In some circumstances I will wear a disposable apron, gloves or a visor.
